Your details
Takes about a minute. Is the deposit actually refundable?
Yes. Until onboarding begins, your deposit is refundable minus a $25 cancellation fee that covers payment processing. Reply to your reservation email and we refund the same day.
What happens after I reserve?
Your $100 deposit is charged immediately and you get a receipt. Birju will send a personal note within a few business days to introduce himself and learn about your store. Your deposit is held as credit toward your first month when onboarding kicks off.
What is the integration fee?
A one time fee that covers POS connection, historical data ingestion, model tuning for your categories, and the first two weeks of onboarding. Your $100 reservation deposit is credited against this fee.
Is sales tax included?
Tax is calculated automatically based on your billing address before you confirm payment. Most US states do not tax SaaS, so most customers pay $100 even. We will show your exact total before you confirm.
When does onboarding start?
Q3 2026. We’re onboarding in cohort waves, so reserving now locks in your slot. Larger tiers get earlier slots in each wave.
Can I change tiers later?
Absolutely. If your operation grows between reservation and onboarding, we adjust your tier and deposit with no penalty.
What if I’m not in the US?
We’re US only for the Q3 2026 cohort. International onboarding opens in 2027. Reserve anyway and we’ll hold your slot.
Why take deposits before launch?
Honesty: we’re a small team building deliberately. Deposits tell us who’s serious so we onboard in the right order and don’t overcommit our engineering hours.
