Ship what the floor asks for
Every feature in Visneo started as a complaint from a real operator. We don't ship slideware.
Visneo exists because grocery is running the most important part of the American economy on spreadsheets and gut instinct. It deserves better software. We are building that software as a team of agents, each one responsible for a corner of the store.
Visneo was started after years of watching grocery operators make million dollar decisions with sticky notes and a gut feel. Not because they lacked judgment, but because every tool built for them was either a legacy system from the 1990s or an enterprise dashboard that assumed you had a team of analysts.
The thesis is simple. The independent grocery operator is brilliant, underserved, and running the most important supply chain in their neighborhood. Give them the intelligence layer that Amazon gave itself, in software that respects how they actually work.
We are building that software as a team of agents. Operations runs the floor. Finance & Compliance keeps the books. Six more ship through the end of 2026. One team, not ten tools. That is the shape of the product, and the shape of the company.
Six rules we come back to when we're deciding what to ship.
Every feature in Visneo started as a complaint from a real operator. We don't ship slideware.
No dashboards that take an hour to read. If it isn't actionable in 90 seconds, it doesn't ship.
If a customer isn't seeing value by the end of the first week, something is broken. We fix it immediately.
We give operators a direct response to what they asked, not a chart that makes them do the math themselves.
We recommend; the operator decides on ordering, pricing, and scheduling calls that touch the P&L.
We'd rather know 20 operators deeply than chase 2,000. Bootstrap first, scale from a strong foundation.
If we are going to ask independent operators to bet on a new way of running the store, we should be willing to bet on the next one of them too. We set aside one percent of all sales into a pot, partner with lenders to match it, and once a year we back a single operator who is ready to open their first store. Capital from us, the senior stack from our lending partners, and priority access to the Visneo platform from day one.
Grocery is the last billion dollar industry running on intuition and Excel. We're building the boring, calm software it should have had a decade ago.
