Because it depends on the shape of your operation. Two stores doing $4M each is a different conversation than five doing $1M. We'd rather scope it together on a 30-minute call than slap a number on a page that isn't true for you.
Yes. If your operation grows between reservation and onboarding, we adjust your tier with no penalty. If you outgrow your tier mid-cycle, we move you up at the prorated difference.
A one-time fee that covers POS connection, historical data ingestion, model tuning for your categories, and the first two weeks of onboarding. Your reservation deposit credits in full against it.
Your $100 deposit is charged immediately and you get a Stripe receipt plus a confirmation email. Birju sends a personal note within a few business days. Your deposit is held as credit toward your first month when onboarding kicks off.
Fully refundable until onboarding begins, no questions asked. Reply to your reservation email and we refund the same day.
We're a small team building deliberately. Deposits tell us who's serious so we onboard in the right order and don't overcommit our engineering hours.
